Linda Hanlon began her sales career in New York City where she served as the sales manager for both domestic and off-shore clothing firms. While president of her condominium Home Owner's Association she successfully negotiated with the developer for the repair of a waterproofing issue with her ten-story high-rise building. In 2000 Linda began selling real estate when she joined her husband John at Sotheby's International Realty. Together they have negotiated on behalf of their customers for over 23 years. Their areas of expertise range from entry level homes to luxury second homes, to the development of vacant land sites. In this dynamic market, they have kept abreast of the complicated process involved with buying and selling foreclosed and seller distressed short sale properties.
Linda is a detailed person who listens intently to what her customers want. She is creative as she uses her contacts and resources to find a great property match for each customer. Perhaps this is why repeat customers refer their family and friends to her for their real estate needs. She is licensed in both Wyoming and Idaho.
On the professional level, she is a member of the Wyoming Association of Realtors and the local Teton Board of Realtors. She holds the designations of GRI and Realtor She has served on the Grievance Committee, the SIR Community Service Fund Committee and is currently a member of the JHSIR Blog committee.
An active volunteer in the community, Linda has served the boards of G.A.P., Boy Scout Troop 268 and the Senior Class of 2010. You may have seen her serving breakfast at Old Bill's Fun Run or greeting guests at the public library.
Having moving to Jackson with her two children in 1999, Linda has a wealth of knowledge about raising children in our mountain paradise community.
Linda graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY.
